CORE is a civilizational project and a company. Its proposed foundation connects an evolving virtual Earth, collective human and artificial intelligence, evidence and simulation — with distinct public and professional applications. Today’s entry point is a working, bounded research prototype.
CORE exists to accelerate human civilization by turning the world's problems into evidence, evidence into solutions, and solutions into measurable progress.
The long-term aim is a living, progressively evolving model of interconnected Earth systems: energy and resources; infrastructure and mobility; water and climate; cities and territories; industrial systems; scientific discovery and collective knowledge. People and specialized AI agents would explore possible futures, challenge evidence and coordinate work under human oversight.
CORE World · the public foundation
Universal access to exploration, evidence, ideas, proposals, critique and transparent contribution history is the goal. Public participation stays free and equal. Today, profiles, contributions and review logs are browser-local.
CORE Professional · the commercial layer
CORE Business and the City, Region and Government applications would use the shared intelligence foundation for distinct analytical, simulation and coordination needs. Private organizational data would stay separate from public knowledge. Professional tools and services fund the business; scientific conclusions and civic influence are never for sale.
Kardashev’s energy scale offers a long-term scientific and philosophical reference: planetary (Type I), stellar (Type II), galactic (Type III). The founding manifesto’s stated ambition emphasizes Type I, then Type II; Type III extends the horizon of reflection. This is neither a measure of human worth nor a promise of progress. CORE does not measure civilization’s level or accurately simulate the whole planet.
Privacy, freedom, peaceful cooperation, voluntary participation, consent, attribution and contributor rights guide this work. Agents propose; humans review and authorize decisions affecting the real world.
A proposed interconnected representation of municipal systems, with accountable decisions across departments. The San Francisco mobility dossier below is today’s working research demonstration, not a validated digital twin, municipal deployment or customer pilot.
Transportation and congestion, energy networks and demand, water, housing and development, heat and climate, public infrastructure and environmental quality.
Future scenario
A city compares three interventions for a congested district, their trade-offs and capital investment priorities.
Planned tools
Evidence review, scenario comparison, citizen consultations, shared projects, human decision records and outcome tracking.
Potential value · to validate
Municipal planning and mobility teams could coordinate departments, prioritize investments, reduce evidence fragmentation and communicate decisions clearly to residents.
Available now
One corridor’s sourced dossiers, recorded/local analysis, uncalibrated traffic scenarios and browser-local proposals and review logs. No measured real-world improvement.
CORE World is the public foundation, not a subscription funnel. Everyone should be able to explore problems, understand evidence, contribute ideas, propose and critique solutions, and follow transparent review and progress.
Public participation must never depend on payment. Plus would offer optional personal productivity, saved research, advanced organization, alerts and exports — with no extra voting power or privileged public proposal evaluation.
Available now
Local profile, followed mission, private contributions and an encrypted Idea Vault.
Planned
Advanced collections, personalization, alerts and personal exports.
CORE Business · industrial intelligence
Systems
Industrial sites, energy and water availability, infrastructure dependencies, supply chains, logistics, geographic risks and environmental constraints.
Future scenario
A company compares two factory locations: energy access, water constraints, transport, environmental exposure and infrastructure dependencies.
Planned tools
Authorized data integrations, site comparison, resource optimization and expansion/investment scenarios; documented assumptions, uncertainty and human decisions.
Potential value · to validate
Industrial planning and operations teams could spend less time on research and coordination, make better investments, reduce operational exposure and plan resources more efficiently. No customer savings demonstrated.
Available now
Public research preview and local contributions only. No industrial site model, factory simulation, integration or professional workspace.
CORE Region · interconnected territories
Systems
Regional transport, electricity generation/distribution, watersheds and water allocation, industrial/logistics corridors, resilience and land use.
Future scenario
A regional authority compares infrastructure strategies across municipalities, accounting for energy demand, water availability and transport.
Planned tools
Cross-municipal scenario comparison, shared dependency maps, authorized territorial data and joint investment review.
Potential value · to validate
Regional planning authorities could coordinate investments and expose trade-offs that cannot be optimized city by city.
Available now
Single-corridor research preview only; no watershed, electricity or regional scenario model delivered.
CORE Government · national systems intelligence
Systems
National infrastructure, energy security and transition, critical resources, climate resilience, transport/industrial networks and territorial investment.
Future scenario
A government compares long-term energy and infrastructure investments with explicit assumptions, uncertainty, expert review and human authorization.
Planned tools
Cross-agency analysis, specialized authorized integrations, secure deployment options, auditable decision support and governance workflows.
Potential value · to validate
National planning and interagency teams could assess dependencies together, compare investment strategies and retain an accountable record across planning cycles. CORE assists decision-makers; it does not govern autonomously.
Available now
Public research preview only. No certified national-security system, sovereign deployment or validated national-scale simulation.
One focused entry point. Three horizons.
CORE City remains the proposed first institutional application: a bounded municipal workflow, with demand, data rights, model validity and willingness to pay still to test. Professional software and services are the revenue hypothesis. Business, Region and Government would become distinct applications as evidence and capability grow.
NOW · working prototypeEarth-first exploration, sourced dossiers, recorded/local AI analysis and browser-local contributions.
NEXT · plannedReal accounts, shared evidence workflows, professional workspaces, authorized data integrations and focused scenario pilots.
LONG TERM · ambitionInterconnected Earth-system models, richer simulations, cross-domain intelligence, institutional coordination and evidence-backed civilizational progress.
A simulation is not a validated forecast. A proposed intervention is not an authorized decision. A modeled improvement is not measured real-world impact.
Esri / ArcGIS Urban supports geographic scenario planning; CivicPlus provides civic software; ClimateView supports climate transition planning. CORE’s proposed distinction is to connect geography, evidence, human contributions, AI-assisted reasoning, proposals, review and transparent progress in one journey. Integration is the product thesis, not a claim of superiority or exclusive capability.
