01 · THE PUBLIC FOUNDATION
$0
CORE World is the open civilizational platform: a place to explore Earth, discover real-world questions and follow the evidence behind an investigation. You can inspect what an agent actually did, learn from public research and contribute an idea without buying influence.
Today, move from a mapped problem to its sources, a recorded investigation and an exploratory calculation. Save a contribution or follow the City mission in this browser. This is a research prototype; it is not yet a shared public discussion network.
Free participation is the foundation of every professional application. A subscription must never buy extra votes, preferential public proposal evaluation or privileged democratic influence.
02 · PERSONAL RESEARCH CONTINUITY
$12/month · proposed
Plus is intended for people who repeatedly investigate a place, a problem or a field of knowledge. The reason to pay $12 each month would be continuity: an organized personal workspace that turns scattered reading into useful research you can return to.
Imagine following water resilience in your region: collect problems, keep private notes, compare saved scenarios and receive a digest of changes to the evidence. Export a personal report, revisit your research history and build a learning pathway around the questions you care about.
Plus would fund personal tools, organization, productivity and advanced assistance. It would not increase civic influence. Its value must be validated through sustained usefulness; none of these proposed paid tools can be activated today.
03 · OPERATIONAL & ECONOMIC INTELLIGENCE
CORE Business demo · hospital building
From $299/month · proposed
For SMEs, industrial companies, logistics operators, site planners and sustainability teams, a location decision links many dependencies: energy, water, infrastructure, transportation, environmental exposure and operational risk. Evidence often lives across disconnected reports and departments.
A manufacturer considering two factory sites could use a future professional workspace to compare authorized energy and water records, transport access and infrastructure dependencies. A team would investigate uncertainties together, test supported assumptions and produce a reviewable investment report. This is a proposed workflow, not a working factory optimizer.
Businesses would pay for better geographic intelligence and coordinated decisions. Reduced research hours, avoided exposure and better resource planning are ROI hypotheses to measure with customers, not savings CORE has demonstrated. Unlike Plus, the focus is an organizational investment or operating decision.
04 · MUNICIPAL SYSTEMS & PUBLIC REVIEW
From $2,500/month · proposed
For municipalities, planning departments, mobility agencies and infrastructure teams, an intervention is rarely isolated. Transportation, housing, energy, water, climate exposure and capital investment compete for attention across departments. Residents also need to understand the basis for a decision.
The San Francisco transport prototype demonstrates a narrow first step: sourced geography, a real recorded seven-agent investigation, shared evidence and an editable approach-queue calculation. A municipal team could eventually compare three district interventions, inspect trade-offs, gather public contributions and document a human decision. The current model is uncalibrated and cannot establish safety benefits or real traffic improvements.
City’s proposed value is faster evidence collection, less fragmentation and more structured comparison, with transparent reports and public participation. That operational value and willingness to pay are not yet validated. Unlike Business, City must serve public review and equal participation alongside internal coordination.
05 · SYSTEMS THAT CROSS CITY BORDERS
From $10,000/month · proposed
Regional authorities, metropolitan planning organizations and intercity infrastructure agencies work with systems that cross municipal boundaries: transport corridors, electricity networks, watersheds, industrial logistics and climate exposure. Optimizing each city separately can move costs and risks onto its neighbors.
The Bay Area illustrates the need. A future regional workspace could compare infrastructure strategies across Oakland, San Francisco and San Jose, recording assumptions about energy demand, water availability, land use and transport. Shared evidence and cross-border scenarios would help agencies review resource and investment trade-offs together.
Region is proposed for multi-city coordination and interdependent resource planning, rather than a larger City dashboard. Its economic value would depend on reducing duplicated research and revealing conflicting investments; comprehensive regional simulation and these benefits remain unproven.
06 · NATIONAL SYSTEMS & ACCOUNTABILITY
Custom pricing · proposed
National administrations, ministries and strategic public institutions must understand infrastructure, energy security, critical resources, climate resilience and industrial dependencies over long time horizons. Evidence provenance and the authority to act matter as much as analytical capability.
A future Government application could bring agencies together to compare national energy and infrastructure investment scenarios, preserving assumptions, uncertainty, expert review and audit records. Permissions, specialized integrations and secure or sovereign deployment requirements would need to be established for each institution before use.
The proposed commercial value lies in integrated analysis, governance and long-term scenario planning across agencies. Unlike Region, this addresses national system dependencies and institutional controls. CORE assists human decision-makers; it does not govern, authorize interventions or replace democratic accountability.
Free users retain equal public participation rights and fair proposal evaluation in the intended shared platform. Payment must never buy votes, priority in civic decisions or favorable evidence review. Today, contributions remain local to your browser.
